Orlon Mortensen is standing second from the right with his CCC buddies in front of one of the Company 959 Base Camp buildings. The average age of CCC members was 18.5 years old, so they were known as the CCC Boys.
Owen Price was a local boy who joined Company 959. He said that most of the boys were from cities in Missouri. He labled this picture "Missouri Boys." Second from right is Cliff Oryall. "The one with the gun, Pinkston or 'Pinky.'"
