Agricultural building from 1957-1967, later became the Counseling Center. During the housing crunch at BAC after World War II the Agricultural building housed eight men who lived out of footlockers and cooked on hot plates.

The Purple Sage Motel, 104 East Center Street. Built in 1957 by Clement (Clem) and Irene Houston McEwen. It was later sold to Eliza Moxon Moore and family.
