Home of Mary "Minne" Perry on the north west corner of Main and Center streets. The Twin Pines Service Station was built on the site after the home was torn down. The station gave way to Penny's Store which is still there (1962).
Taken at their home on 40 N. 200 E. Mrs. Isbell is holding a scrapbook containing pictures of the pioneer homes and businesses of Cedar City, which she will present to the college when it is completed.
