Bulloch a s City Recorder. Appointed a new City Manager--John F . Hendrickson. Councilman Larson made motion to deny a r e q u e s t from Mrs. Burascano f o r permission to place a light in her Mausoleum, and also denied a request to purchase a monument for the Catholic section of the Cemetery until permission is granted from t h e C h u r c h . Unanimous. Sept 2 1 , 1978.. .Mayor re-appointed the members of the Power Feasibility Board (Lou Tong. Chairman) to allow them to complete their job in analyzing t h e s t u d y . Mayor appointed Councilman Harold Shirley a s a member of t h a t Board. Oct. 5 , 1978 ... The Council received a request to place a Memorial Cross in t h e Catholic section of the Cemetery.
