Description	These diaries, written by William Louis Crawford, contains daily comments on the weather and on his activities with family and associates, crop growing, animal herding, photography, crayon painting, travel, church, etc. while living with his family at Oak Creek in Zion Canyon near Springdale, Utah. The first begins in the year 1898 when Louis was 25. Missionary experiences in Oklahoma are recorded from Nov. 17, 1904 to June 13, 1906.

Powers a Martinite Baptist preacher got up and made a talk against the Mormon Church. said he would fight the doctrines as long as he had strength to do it. had hoped he never would have any of the preachers among his people, but now they were there, the people must protect their families, the meeting was held by Elders Stewart & Crawford.
