Description	Contains the calendar, board of regents, officers and instructors, and committees. It also includes general information such as history, site and building, laboratories and apparatus, agriculture, museum, library and reading room, physical education, manual training shops, domestic science, domestic art, chapel exercise, public lectures, opera, student expenses, scholarships, requirements for admission to the normal course, entrance examinations, registration, credits (which tells of transferability to the University at Salt Lake City), graduation, student organizations, student entertainments, athletic association, alumni association, the litsic, and courses of study. The four year normal course section, the engineering course section, the literary course section, the domestic science and domestic arts course section, the agricultural course section, and the three year business course section all show classes taught and the number of recitations per week within the individual course. Photographs show students, teams, extracurricular groups, classes, and buildings. Subjects of instruction gives an overview of what is covered in each course. Current Magazines in our library lists newspapers and magazines that are at the service of the students. A list of graduates preceeds the list of students, which gives student names with city and county and a summary total number of students.

Description	16 For further information concerning board and rooms apply to the Principal or custodian. SCHOLARSHIPS. Normal Scholarships. In pursuance of an act of the first State Legislature, the Normal School continues to receive annually two hundred students free of any charge for admission or registration. The act provides as follows "Fifty appointments to such scholarships may be made annually, each appointment to be for the term of four years; Provided that students may be reappointed to scholarships. Appointments to normal scholarships shall be made by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction on nomination by the boards of examiners or city boards of education, when such cities are not under the supervision of the county superintendent of schools. * * * Holders of normal scholarships shall be required to declare their intention to complete the prescribed course of normal instruction, and after graduation to teach in the public schools of the State ; and in the event of such students discontinuing their studies at the University before graduation, they shall be required to pay to the University the amount of registration or entrance fees required of other students for a corresponding term of attendance. * * * The President of the University may at any time cancel the normal scholarship of any student for neglect or incompetency and require the payment to the University of all fees exempted by virtue of said scholarship."
