weights, horizontal bars, flying rings, etc., will be given to all male students. Special attention will be given to out-door games and .sports. Foot-ball, base-ball, basket-ball, tennis and track athletic teams will be organized.
Physical Education 1. During the winter months, systematic class work in gymnastics, is required of all first year students. The work consists of vigorous drill with dumb-bells, Indian-clubs, wands, etc., besides progressive graded work on the various pieces of gymnastic apparatus.
Two hours per week, November 30 to April 1.
Physical Education 2.. An advanced course combining light and heavy gymnastics will be given. This course is elective to all who have had course 1.

FOR WOMEN.
MISS SPENCER.
Physical Education 1. Instruction for women will be varied, particular attention being given to exercises that promote good habits of posture and aid in general physical development. Work in free gymnastics-German, French, Swedish-dumb-bells; wands, clubs, chest-weights, developing appliances, horizontal bar, ladders, etc. Gymnastic games will be given frequently.
Students may elect work in tennis, basket-ball or golf. Application for these games should be made to the instructor.
The regulation gymnastic suit-divided skirt, loose waist, and shoes-will be required. Suits will be cared for without extra fee for those who hold cloak room checks. Required of all first year students.
Two hours per week, November 30, to April 1.
Physical Education 2. Continuation of course 1.
Open to all who take course 1.
Three hours per week, November 30 to April 1.
