Description	Man of Many Hobbies On another such evening he wrote this: Too Much to Eat! The night was dark and hushed, With too much time for thought. My mind with dreams were meshed With fear not hope 'tis fraught. A crescent moon disclosed a faint and teared glow To light a fringe of blue frost on silhouettes below. I perceive the water breathing, As it splashes rocks and sand. The brain continues seething With problems not at hand. Awake, relieve the tensions, The night will soon be gone. And what was apprehension Will vanish with the dawn. The following poem was written July 27, 1967, at the top of Daniels Summit while waiting at a road construction site en route to Ft.
